§1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and e2bet ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the e2bet ph website located at e2betph.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the Platform. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification. e2bet ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. e2bet ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.5 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

§3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify e2bet ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. e2bet ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 No Account Sharing. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Account sharing is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). e2bet ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

§4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. e2bet ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya / Maya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution. e2bet ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. e2bet ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. e2bet ph reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your e2bet ph account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. e2bet ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

§5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. e2bet ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

§6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 RNG Certification. All casino games on e2bet ph utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. e2bet ph does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, e2bet ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. e2bet ph's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. e2bet ph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

§7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to e2bet ph immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or other players' experience.

§8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of e2bet ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. e2bet ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.

§9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. e2bet ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, e2bet ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Exclusions. e2bet ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

9.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. e2bet ph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. You gamble at your own risk.

§10 Privacy & Data

e2bet ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

e2bet ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and e2bet ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

§11 Responsible Gaming

e2bet ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

§12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By e2bet ph. e2bet ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Balances in accounts closed at the player's own request will be returned subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

12.3 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

§13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who are not satisfied with the resolution of a dispute may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable complaint procedures.

§14 Amendments

e2bet ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
